Gravatar doesn't hover

  When I post on another WordPress blog, my Gravatar doesn’t hover, it only displays my static image. Other people’s Gravatar hovercards work on that site. My gravatar is enabled in my blog and works there. What gives? Thank you.

  We all control whether or not hovercards are displayed on our own blogs on this page > Settings > Discussion
  Scroll way down to the section under “Avatars”
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#avatars

  Yes, I do know that, and mine is enabled on my blog. But why does someone else’s blog dispay other people hovercards, but not mine?
