Gravatar email address and profile URL not released

Hi, I deleted an old Gravatar/WordPress.com account because I realized I had two accounts for the same domain using different email addresses. I would like to add all my adresses to the same WordPress.com/Gravatar account.
However, I receive the error saying that the email adresse used in the account I deleted is still used by another account. It’s not the case but I guess this email address has not been released yet.
Can you please tell me how I can get this “old” email address released so I can add it to my current WordPress.com/ Gravatar profile?
Also, how can I get the old profile URL released so I can reuse it on my primary account?

I understand how helpful it would be to manage everything under one WordPress.com account. When an account is deleted, it remains in a pending-removal state for 30 days.
During that time, the email attached to the closed account is still held in our system, which is why you’re seeing that “email already in use” message.
Once the 30-day period ends and the account is fully purged, the email address is automatically released. You’ll then be able to add it safely to your active account by following these steps:
https://wordpress.com/support/email-address/#change-my-email-addressAbout the old profile URL you’d like to reuse, could you share the exact URL you have in mind? Once I have that, I can take a closer look and guide you on what’s possible.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I really appreciate it.The username I’d like to recover from the deleted account is sundayrainday.
If it’s possible to release this profile URL after the account is fully removed, I would love to reuse it on my primary WordPress.com/Gravatar account.
