Gravatar Error

  Hi. I’m trying to setup my new accounts as I’ve now returned to blogging after a long break and for some reason I can’t add a new email address on Gravatar. I’ve tried several times and waited in between attempts but still no luck.

  Should I tag this for staff assistance?

  We Volunteers have been asked to direct bloggers to use the pop-up live chat support box on the bottom right hand corner of your Admin page to contact Staff about their support issues.

  It’s there for everyone to use until April 20th. Then it will revert back and only if you’re a WordPress.com Business or WordPress.com Enterprise subscriber, you’ll have access to priority Live Chat Support.

  If you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog it ought to be there. Is your browse up to date? http://browsehappy.com

  If upgrading your browser oo using another one doesn’t work then email
  help@wordpress.com

  I’m sorry but I don’t have an explanation for why that is. Perhaps where you live it’s no longer prime time business hours in the US. I’m on a very small island off the west coast.

  Oh right, hope the weather is good there. I’m from the UK and it’s night here. The live chat may well not be appearing because of the current time here.

  I live in the mildest Canadian climate zone that there is. We rarely experience snow in winter. This region is a paradise in my opinion as I have lived up North and on the Prairies and I know what below zero weather is like. You’re welcome.
