  Hello! I hope this message finds you in good health. I am writing to ask for help regarding uploading a profile picture. I seem to be stuck in a loop. I keep being directed to Gravatar, where I enter my information and then am told to keep re-entering it. Please help, thank you.

  I would try clearing your browser cache:

  And clearing your WordPress.com cookies:

  Have you also tried using another browser to see if that makes a difference?

  I”m having the same issue
  did not work to clear browser cache or use another browser

  also, it is labyrinthine to navigate all these sites and i realllllllly hope this Gravatar program makes it worth it, especially since I’ve been in this loop for at least 20 minutes

  my java plugin in Mozilla wasn’t activated. got out of the loop after activated
