Gravatar Icon Image Not Appearing For My Blog

  Good morning,

  On my gravatar page, there is just a blank image rather than an image of my blog: http://en.gravatar.com/kevinashton (see the websites section)

  Would it be possible to have an image added? And for somebody to explain why some people have images for their wordpress blog but not me?
