  I’m trying to add a picture onto the gravatar widget on my site. It works in the WP Admin, but when I view the site, it doesn’t show up. It also works in the gravatar profile, it says that it has updated, but on my website it isn’t there. Help!

  Hi there,

  The email address you entered in the Gravatar widget doesn’t match the email address for your WordPress.com account.

  You either have to use the same email address that you have added under https://wordpress.com/me/account, or you need to go to Gravatar.com and add a second email address with its own Gravatar image. But the email address you have in te widget MUST also appear in your Gravatar account, or it won’t work.
