Gravatar image, Blog Picture icon, and Media image Publicizing on Twitter

I just created two new blog posts today that automatically posted to my Twitter account via Publicize but the last post to Twitter included three photos when published: my gravatar image, my blavatar image, and the media image associated with my last blog post.
The previous blog post transferred correctly. However, when publishing the post, I clicked on a link to trial run a way to amplify my post that led me to Headliner.fm. When I viewed the terms and process associated with this service, I immediately contacted Headliner via email and chat requesting they remove WordPress account access.
Now I am wondering if this (Headliner.fm) could be the problem. If so, please advise what I should do? I could not locate any area on wordpress.com to revoke access to the application. If there is an area I can do this, please advise.
My earlier wordpress post only has one media image on Twitter. The last post has three. Please help!

I am subscribed but have not yet received a response. I am in the process of creating a new post and do not wish to encounter the same problem once it is posted. I don’t know why the three pictures are posting when Publicized and would like to get assistance before I add any additional posts. Thanks!

Hi @joaynn510 – I don’t think it’s related to the Headliner service. Our team has been making some changes to how images are used with social services. Does the Tweet with the three images still appear on your Twitter page, and if so, can you please link me to it so I can take a look?

Hi @joaynn510 – Ok, thanks. I’ve passed this along to the team that’s working on this right now. They’ve been making some changes to the images pulled, so this might have something to do with that. I’ll let you know as soon as I have more information.
