Gravatar Image for blog post is appearing inside of the blog

  I am trying to show the gravatar image for the blog author but the image is not appearing at the top of the blog. Instead, the image is appearing inside of the blog. How do you get the authors image to appear at the top of the blog?

  Here is what I mean
