Gravatar image not showing on WP reader

  Until just recently, whenever I published a post, the gravatar image that would normally be displayed beside the name of my blog on the WP reader has been replaced by a logo. I notice some blogs have the same logo while others have their own image displayed.

  Can anyone tell me how I manage to get my gravatar image showing on the WP reader?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
