Gravatar image rotated 90 degrees

    The Gravatar support page says to ask questions here.

    * It says “Gravatar support is closed at the moment.”. I have checked a couple of times and it is during business hours now, but .it always seems to be closed. When is it open?

    * When I save a copy of an image from my blog it is rotated 90 degrees. (I don’t have a copy of this images anywhere else.) Isn’t there a way to save it upright or rotate it back to normal within Gravatar?

    This doesn’t seem like an appropriate question for a forum post,, but the help info doesn’t offer any alternative. Thanks very much,
