Gravatar Image Update

My gravatar profile isn’t updating my image everywhere. I have updated to a new image twice, and WordPress still shows the image from over a year (or two) ago in the upper left corner and in the website tab icon.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

How many username accounts do you have?
Which one are you referring to?Will you provide a screenshot for Staff please? I’ll tag this thread for their attention. You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots and link to them here. If you use the WordPress.com guide screenshots you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

I only have one gravatar account and the image is properly updates most places. I would like the newer image to be used, the one displayed as my profile in these comments, with a blue shirt. The old picture, that I have even completely deleted from my gravatar background is the image with red.

Hi there,
There are two different images involved here: One is your Gravatar (an image associated with your account), and the other is your site’s Blavatar (an image associated with a specific site you own).
When you’re visiting your site, the image in the upper left corner and the website tab icon is your site’s Blavatar. You can update that image under Settings > General in your site’s dashboard, under “Blog Picture / Icon.”
