Gravatar issue

    I’m pretty well versed in Gravatars. I manage a self-hosted WP site with 40+ users and all of them have their gravatars up and running.

    Except one guy.

    His email is definitely associated with his account (and he even added a second email address for troubleshooting) and I’ve seen his screen and its PG rated gravatar. But the gravatar isn’t showing up.

    My thought: we migrated his WordPress account from another site, which may have messed up the gravatar (but why?)

    Any ideas on other steps I can take to get this working?
