Gravatar keeps prompting for an email confirmation.
-
No matter what I do gravatar tells me it sent me a confirmation email when I try to log in and change my photo. I have hit activate on the original gravitar confirm email, multiple times, and have used the resend activation email in wordpress multiple times. Nothing is working. Any ideas?

P.S. I will venture a guess that the link you are clicking is a time sensitive one that has now expired. Not to worry as Staff will help as soon as they can.

I appreciate the response. I do understand that the original confirm email may be time sensitive. None the less I tried using it again and it didn’t give me any errors, just didn’t really do anything. I also used the resend confirmation tool through wordpress and I’d get the “You’re email has been successfully confirmed” message but whenever I tried signing into gravatar with wordpress, it’d take me back to the please confirm your email screen again. As a side note I’m fairly certain that I actually did confirm my email when I set up the account in the first place as the email had been read previously when I initially dug it up.

Hi there,
This sometimes happens with accounts that were created directly via Gravatar and not immediately verified.
In this case we’ll need to verify manually. I’ve sent you an email to help with that.
