Gravatar login loop

  I’m having the same problem described by many people here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/cant-publish-cant-login-to-gravatar-problem-changing-gravatar-image?replies=24 and here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/gravatar-login-is-stuck-in-a-loop?replies=7. Clearing cache and cookies does not work. Seems like it is something that needs to be handled manually in account admin by staff? Thank you in advance

  For added description, I try to login to Gravatar, and I get the message saying I need to confirm my email. I click the link, which takes me to my WordPress account, under Support, where there is a link to resend the email confirmation. I click it, open the email in Gmail, click the confirmation button, and am asked if I want to proceed to Gravatar, with no change in the Gravatar process. A loop. I try to go to Support under WordPress, but it appears I cannot access the Contact Us section until I confirm my email. So the confirmation does not seem to be sticking.

  @mikkelrd I was able to see the issue and confirm the account on our side (since I can see you’ve already acted on other emails received.)

  I can’t login into my gravatar account. It keeps saying I need to login with wordpress connect, but I am already logged in with wordpress connect. Can you please take a look.
  My id is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  @sanjibmukherjee yours does not seem to have the same issue that @mikkelrd’s did. Do you mind starting a new thread and adding a “modlook” tag (without the quotes?) We’ll close this thread (so our replies won’t disturb the others in this thread) and take a look at your new one. Also, if you haven’t already, please confirm whether you have the same issue in another browser, and add that note to the new thread. Cheers!
