Gravatar Login Loop/Can’t Upload Profile Picture
When I try to add my profile picture on WordPress I get the message:
‘Hmm, your new profile photo was not saved. Please try uploading again.’When I go to try and log in to Gravatar directly I am greeted each time with the ‘Sign in to Gravatar with WordPress.com Connect’ screen prompting me again to log in. I do so and on and on it goes.
This ‘may’ be because I used to have a Gravatar account perhaps? I’m not sure. Can this be looked at on your side?
Many thanks.

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

Hello there!
Well I was using the latest browser already (thanks for the link to check) – but I hadn’t got round to clearing the cache when I was then (for the first time) prompted with a screen on Gravatar that explained my account was disabled and if I would like to enable it.
I did so – and then I was able to upload my display picture on WordPress.
I don’t know what you did at your end – but it’s worked, so thank you very much.
