Gravatar – No Activation Email

    Hello,

    Am trying to use Gravatar. It says it has sent me an activation email. I check and I don’t have an email. I reset my password successfully but still it expects me an activation email. How does the process of resetting my email password send a new activation email? It doesn’t – it gets stuck.

    The help basically says I am at fault. The search doesn’t provide the answers, the FAQ directs you to the search or the forum.

    Hopefully someone in the forum will give a sensible answer to this stupid situation as the author does not appear to make it possible to contact them.

    It would be good to use the service, i am sure it is brilliant, but the activation email request cannot be fulfilled if there is no email to fulfill it.

    Please advise.
