[gravatar] no confirmation mail received

Hello,
I’ve got a gravatar account which is working fine with my hotmail.fr mail address. But recently I’ve been using my own mail server and would like to add my new email (****@hijackedbrain.com) to gravatar. Unfortunately, whenever I try to add my new mail address, I just never receive the confirmation email.
Before you ask, I haven’t set any filtering on my mail address yet. So there is no “spam folder” to check or things like that. And I’ve tested the mail server with various other mails address @hotmail, @gmail, etc. And everything is working fine.
PS : I’ve been trying to use their “contact form” for a couple of WEEKS https://en.gravatar.com/support/contact-us/ , but it’s always closed…
