Gravatar Not Connecting to Widget

  My gravatar was all set up and visible on my blog, but I changed my e-mail address and since then, I have not been able to get my gravatar profile to sync with my blog’s widgets. Any advice or suggestions to fix this bug would be most appreciated. Where the gravatar should be in my sidebar, it states “error loading profile”.

  The site you’re referring atravelingtribe.com is not hosted on WordPress.com.

  Your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site.

  Hi there,

  Although,
  If you change your email address, you may need to go to My Gravatars and re-assign your Gravatar to your new email address.

  Follow the steps given in link to upload a gravatar.

  Thank you for your reply.

  When I log into my site, I go through wordpress.com, so I guess that is why I thought I could access this support. Sorry for my confusion.

  I will continue my search with wordpress.org instead.
