Gravatar not updating?

  I added a new avatar days ago and deleted the old one. Why is my old avatar still showing on all my comments and stuff?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Wow. Now that I make a post there it updates finally after three days.

  If you continue to have any more issues with your Gravatar I recommend checking out this tutorial post I just wrote I have taken the time to research all known solutions to get the Gravatar to display correctly.
