Gravatar not visible
-
Hello,
I can’t seem to be able to get my gravatar to show amongst the comments on my website. My name does appear, but not my picture. Upon attempting to add one through the settings in the dashboard, and being led to the wordpress.com gravatar page, upon signing in, I’m seeing that we do indeed have a photograph uploaded already. Kindly assist at the earliest.
Thank you,

Hi Cat, can you head to https://wordpress.com/me/account and confirm whether the email address there matches the address you’re commenting with on that site?
Also
– Did the picture work before and stop working?
– Have you changed your username on that site? -
Hello, thank you.
The email address is indeed the same as on wordpress.com/me/account. The picture, by the way, has never been working- from the beginning. As for my username, it is ‘admin’ on the website but ‘catweatherill’ on the wordpress.com/me/account.
It’s rather strange, this. When I comment on my website, it says below ‘You are commenting using your The Woman at the Next Table account’, and indeed, under the Primary Sites tab on wordpress.com/me/account The Woman at the Next Table is visible. But when I click on the blank Gravatar icon next to it, and am taken to the Gravatar site, I am only presented with a ‘We’re sorry, we couldn’t find that profile.

I don’t think so, no. To be clear, this is the username I use to log in to my website’s dashboard, isn’t it? It is ‘admin’.

Gravatars are attached to email addresses, so make sure that the email address at Users > Your Profile in your site’s Dashboard matches an email address in your Gravatar account.
