gravatar not working??

  I have loaded a picture to my gravatar but it still shows the orange standard cross box when i post comments etc.
  I have tried 3 photos to date and still the same

  Any ideas?

  Yes. Gracatars are cached images that take time to display. They display only on blogs that are gravatar equipped and only if the blogger has enabled their display. Go to the gravatar site and read > http://en.gravatar.com/site/faq/
  Note this: You can activate the display of gravatars on your blog on this page > Settings > Discussion
  scroll down to
  Avatars
  An avatar is an image that follows you from weblog to weblog appearing beside your name when you comment on avatar enabled sites. Here you can enable the display of avatars for people who comment on your site.
