Gravatar on Blogging Home page won’t change

Hi! The Sacred Path,
I’ve just recently (about 24 hours ago ) changed my gravatar on my Blogging homepage and the photo widget on my blog still uses the old one and it’s has not changed. Oh! Yes, I have cleared my browser cache.
By the way, instead of, actor Humphrey Bogart picture…it should be a picture of an espresso cup and books.

Oh! No,… here goes the “rub” my author widget is still a photograph of actor Humphrey Bogart and his photograph still appears whenever I post on fellow bloggers Word Press blogs.

Did you upload it on the Profile page of your blog, or on the Gravatar site itself? Sometimes that makes a difference.

@movale, I see the same gravatar on your blog as I see here in the forums.
You need to log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then take another look. If that doesn’t work, it may be an invisible proxy server somewhere between you and the wordpress servers that is holding onto the old gravatar.

Sorry, you are in the wrong forum and need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.
These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently and our answers typically will not work for you.

I am having the same issue. It is monday and I uploaded my new gravatar picture last tuesday or wednesday. When I leave replies and stuff it shows the correct logo (the hand swooping down from the left) but on my blog, it still has the old logo (hand above and below the text). What gives!?
