  I’m trying to change my Gravatar photo, but every time I try to upload the photo I want, the uploaded photo doesn’t show as an option to choose as my photo. Looks like I need to send it manually for someone on the back end to change for me.

  Hi there,

  Have you been trying to upload it at http://en.gravatar.com/gravatars/new ?

  Make sure that you have a JPG, JPEG or PNG image that’s about 500×500 pixels big. Also try clearing your browser cache, then log into WordPress.com, and then Gravatar. Let me know if you’re still unable to upload it.
