I set up my gravatar but it is not showing up on my website. I never got a confirmation email and it’s not in my spam. I’m getting very frustrated as there doesn’t seem to be any way to contact anyone other than a forum to fix it.

Hi @myfivebugs, when you change your gravatar it can take a little while to take full effect.
Right now I can see your recently uploaded photo, and that your email address was verified several days ago. Do you still need help?

@supernovia Yes, I guess I do still need help. I must be doing something wrong then somewhere else. I followed the instructions which were – get gravatar account and use same login info as WP, upload photo, verify email. Now what? The photo did not automatically load on my site. I have the genesis framework and a theme through someone else.
What am I missing?

Gravatars are connected to email addresses so it would be great if you could double check whether the email address assigned to your Gravatar at https://en.gravatar.com/emails/ matches the one listed in your user account on coffeekidscreate.com/wp-admin (see Users > your username):

You mentioned using the same login information but I just wanted to double check this mean’t email addresses in order to be thorough and rule that out as an issue :)
It would be worth flushing your cache if the email addresses do match — this includes caching plugins as well as site and server cache. Failing that, there could be something in your theme preventing the Gravatar from being pulled in.

@gemmacevans Ok, so on my users page, the email (required) field is blank. So go ahead and do that right? I’m just afraid I’m going to mess something up and then really have a problem!

@myfivebugs, to clarify, are you seeing your own image here in the forum?
If you are seeing it here but not on a particular site, can you verify that and also include a link to a page where you expect to see the image but can’t?
And, if you aren’t seeing it here either, let us know that too.
