Gravatar Photo uploader won't allow cropping

Every time I upload a photo, the so-called ‘dotted box’ for me to crop the photo never shows up…ever. I have uploaded numerous pics in differing formats (ie. .jpg and .png) but no matter what format, that damn dotted box never shows up. I tried to do this in different browsers, turned off my vpn but nothing but nothing worked. It shows the cropping in the small boxes which is all wrong and there is no option just to say ‘fine’ even with the crap cropping because that is what I just figured I’d do and hope for the best. Please fix this!

This happens sometimes. But if you select an existing image at the Add New Image link you should be able to crop and activate the image. You can use this link to get to the correct page:
