Gravatar pic

Hi guys– I’m having a small issue. Hopefully it’s a quick fix. I have 2 user roles set up on my website– but for some reason I cannot add my photo to either User profile. Gravatar is not pulling in my picture, even though it does show up in the upper right hand corner on my wordpress editing page. How can I change this so my readers see my image as the author and not just a static design as the image?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Normally, if you were publishing posts under the username clarrisajlee, then the author name for posts published under that name would be the same as the username, though you could have a different display name (nickname). So each post published while you are logged in as clarrisajlee (with the theme presently applied) should feature your gravatar at the bottom left, and the group of all such posts should be found in the author archives page https://later-means-never.com/author/clarrisajlee, which doesn’t exist.
So it’s not clear to me how you were able to somehow use the author name “clarrisa” (and not “clarrisajlee”) especially given that the former author name is associated with an account created in 2007. The author name and username “clarrisa” has the following associated gravatar and forum profile pages:
clarissa gravatar page: https://en.gravatar.com/profiles/clarrisa
clarissa forum profile: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/users/clarrisaI’ve tagged the topic for staff attention. Perhaps staff can explain how this has happened, and how best to remedy the situation. Staff will respond here.

Hi there,
http://later-means-never.com/ is not a WordPress.com site, so we have no access to it’s admin area.
Do I understand correctly that the images are uploaded to Gravatar, but they’re not appearing on your site itself? If so, this is not something we can help with as we don’t control any aspect of your site. You are able to manage that site from WordPress.com thanks to the Jetpack plugin you have installed, but the site uses the open source WordPress software and is not running on our servers.
Gravatar images are cached, so it might work to clear your site’s cache. You’ll need to contact your hosting provider to find out if they have a built-in process to do that. Else you’ll have to ask for advice in the self-hosted WordPress forums that provide support for the version of the software you’re using:
