  Wp.com, why can’t we have a Gravatar plugin just like wp.org users?? Just asking.

  We already have our own avatars system, as was announced here. This only works for wordpress.com registered users.

  Gravatar is run by one guy with a single server last time I checked. That would probably kill the service.

  I even think he’s a retiree.

  Gravatar would be really nice … at least for those who comment without having their blog at wordpress.com …

  You can use this link on week days and during support hours to make your request directly to staff http://wordpress.com/contact-support/
