Gravatar problems

Hi,
I have two issues.
1. I have reset my Gravatar password and have not received a confirmation email to my inbox or junk. None of their support: https://en.gravatar.com/support/no-confirmation-email/ works in resolving this issue and there does not seem to be an option to reset the email.
Trying to contact support directly via: https://en.gravatar.com/support/contact-us/ gives me this message ‘Hi there! Gravatar support is closed at the moment.’
2. I have tried uploading a profile image to a completely separate account, and have gone through all the steps up until the very final point before getting this message: ‘Don’t worry, this is surely our fault. We’ve just logged this error and someone should be checking on what happened soon!
If you’re repeatedly having trouble, please contact us and let us know what’s going on so we can take a look.’
Can someone explain to me what the issue or resolution could be, or how I might be able to get in direct contact with Gravatar (despite their support being currently closed).

Hi arthur, you should actually be able to log in using your WordPress.com account — and you had to be logged in to post this. Just go to Gravatar.com and authorize using the button in the upper right.
If you need the password for a different account, log out, or use another browser, then reset the password here:

Hm, was this a very large image? Did you try again with its upload?
