Gravatar Profile
-
My whole profile shows on the front page of my blog and I can’t seem to change it so that only a snippet of it shows. Most people’s blogs have a short paragraph and then you click on “see more” and it goes to Gravatar, where you can read the rest of the profile.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like you enter that text into widget. You can remove it and enter it here > Dashboard > Users > My Profile > About me section. Whatever you enter there will be displayed on your Gravatar profile page at http://en.gravatar.com/paulettesprettypapercrafts
The longer profile description can be placed on an About page.

I do apologize for the missing words above. I’m multitasking from my business and I didn’t proofread before clicking “submit”.

I have both, an About page, and a Gravatar profile, they are different. My about page, carried over when I switched from Blogger to WordPress. I edited the Gravatar profile on their site, but it shows the whole lengthy thing on the front page of my blog in the side bar widget.
You know, I did have trouble using the WP dashboard for editing it, that’s how I ended up on the Gravatar page. That was prob a couple of ios updates ago. I will try your instructions and see what happens.
Thanks for taking the time to help me.

I have just enrolled in Writing 101 and have read the prep suggestions. It says to add your blog’s address to your Gravatar profile to make it easy for others to find your site. I have no idea what that means and no idea how to go about that and what it does. Help!
