Gravatar Profile – Added websites not removed after clicking X

I need to remove two links on my My Gravatar ‘Websites’ page, and even though clicking the X removes them from the view, they remain on the profile when refreshed. There is no Save button on the page where you remove the links, but you can navigate back to Names and Details page and click Save Profile. Yet the links still remain on the Websites page. Please advise. Thanks – Ken Hopson

If you have a WordPress.com blog then log in and you can remove the sites from the bottom of > Users > My Profile page.
If you do not have a WordPress.com blog then type modlook into the sidebar tags for Staff to remove them for you. Do that after you list what the URLs you want removed are here in this thread.

I just Googled my problem and have found that the Gravatar page is actually broken (and third party). The workaround is to go to your WordPress.com site and navigate to your personal settings. You can remove the websites from there.

Yes to broken but sort of to third party. Automattic Inc owns both WordPress.com and gravatar and the two are together forever.
