Gravatar profile picture won't update

I’ve changed my profile image in the Users section, but the picture that displays on my website is the standard, brown patchwork quilt style one. I can’t figure out how to fix it.
By the way, thanks for improving the navigation to contact support. It’s much easier to find than it was before.

Could you make sure that your new profile picture has been added for each of the email addresses listed in your Gravatar account? You can check this here:
http://en.gravatar.com/emails/
If you find that it’s not being used for one of the email addresses on your account, you can highlight that address and then Select image (below) to use for the selected email (above) or add a new image. Let me know how that goes or if the issue’s still ongoing after you’ve checked that.

I had another email address listed, which I have now deleted. My profile picture is selected for the only listed email address, but it doesn’t seem to have changed anything. The default image still displays on my blog, though my profile picture shows up in the hovercard.

Digging deeper into this, I found that the reason your Gravatar isn’t showing up on WordPress.com is that it was assigned a PG rating. WordPress.com mostly requires an image to be G-rated in order for it to be displayed. You can change the rating on your Gravatar by heading to this page:
http://en.gravatar.com/emails/
Below Select image (below) to use for the selected email (above) or add a new image, hover over your Gravatar and then select the ‘Rated PG’ icon that appears to the right-side. This will take you to a new page where you’re able to change the rating of your Gravatar. Select the ‘Rated G’ option here.
