Gravatar question: Why won't these gravatars work on the iPhone?

    Not sure if this is the best place to ask this question, but the gravatar support page sent me here.

    I’m trying to use gravatars like this one:

    <img src=”http://www.gravatar.com/avatar/516d060859b00e099588610cfd973432?s=64&d=retro” width=”32″ height=”32″>

    This works great on all browsers on desktops.

    However, when viewed using Safari on IOS (e.g. iPhone) I get a broken image. Any idea how to get this type of IMG URL to render properly on IOS?
