Gravatar Remove Previously Uploaded Images
-
I had an account with Gravatar before it was bought by WordPress. I have some images still uploaded from then and I cannot seem to remove them. They aren’t being used as an avatar by any of my emails and don’t show up in the email management page. They are under “add a new image” > “A previously uploaded image”. I click the red X on the picture and it pops up a confirmation dialog asking if I want to delete the image permanently and I click yes, but nothing happens. When I poke my nose around at the JavaScript onclick event it reveals that it loads a script from https://en.gravatar.com/gravatars/delete-userimage/IMAGE_HASH so I went there with the image hash and it printed
return false;.A search on the Gravatar help section revealed this:
Can I delete my uploaded images?
Yes, simply hover your mouse over them in the list at the bottom of your manage page, and click the red “X”.

Same problem. It will NOT allow deletion of “previously uploaded images” (in the Gravatar screens). They are NOT being used as gravatars.
“Can I delete my uploaded images?”
“Yes, simply hover your mouse over them in the list at the bottom of your manage page, and click the red “X”.” <—NO IT DOES NOT WORK
Bug?
Thanks! (June 15, 2014)
