Gravatar sending people to wrong site.

Hi — I moved my site from a wordpress.com domain to a wordpress.org domain a year and a half ago. I have set my gravatar profile to send people to the new site (www.cultofpedagogy.com). I did this, I’d say, at least a year ago.

However, when I comment on other people’s blogs, my gravatar pops up, and when I click on my name,, I am still taken to my old site (www.cultofpedagogy.wordpress.com). My settings appear to be set up with the new site domain, so why are people still sent to the old one? I hate to have to pay $13/year, every year, for eternity for the site redirect just to fix this. What can I do?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hey Jennifer,

It appears as if your issue may not be stemming from Gravatar.

If you are commenting on other sites while you are logged into WordPress.com, you WordPress.com user information is displaying. You still have http://cultofpedagogy.wordpress.com listed as your website address.

    You can adjust that here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/account

Just make sure to save your changes.

That should do the trick! If I can help in any other way, please drop me a line. Cheers :)
