Gravatar Size in Prologue Theme

  I am using Prologue and can’t find a way to resize the author gravatar in posts. I’ve installed the gravatar.com plugin that provides sample code that can be configured, but it doesn’t explain where to place the code. The pluging code itself does not even resemble the documentation provided. I’ve searched everywhere to find this but am stumped.

  Uh…not to be a neusense or anything, but what is a gravitar anyways?
