gravatar still sometimes shows as quilt block

  So now that I’ve actually created a gravatar, how come it doesn’t always show up? I still see the quilt block in some areas, while I see the image I’ve created in others. Thanks.

  How long has it been? IT can take a day or so to show up everywhere.

  It’s probably been a couple of months. Any ideas? There’s that quilt block again…

  I think I just stumbled across the answer. There is both a wordpress image and gravatar? I’ll try placing my wordpress image in gravatar and see if that works.
