Gravatar stuck in loop and pictures not uploading

Hi. I’ve signed in to gravatar with my wordpress site as I always have and was trying to add a gravatar. I know how and I’ve done it right but I bet as far as cropping the image and then a screen appears that says “whoops, you haven’t added an image yet, click “here” to add one…or something along those lines, I keep clicking the link, selecting my file, uploading it, cropping it, trying many different images, they’re all jpg and it’s just not uploading. I am just going in a circle

I think i might know the problem. Its still showing the wrong link, the link to my old website. When i logged onto gravatar, i did so with my wordpress site “purrty not purrfect” but somehow geavayar thinks its the crimson one that’s been deleted. I was able to add a gravatar by adding a 2nd email address
