    I wanted to update my Gravatar profile picture today so I logged in and it said email confirmation sent…I thought I’d already confirmed my email but I went through my folders and found the old email and followed the link.

    It said thanks for verifying and asked me to log in, so I did, at which point it brought me back to the confirmation sent screen. So I closed the page and open it again, clicked log in and this time it didn’t even ask me to log in it just took me straight to the confirmation sent screen.

    I thought I’d get it to resend the email but there’s no option to do that, so I decide to click help, only for it to tell me that the support isn’t open! So I went through the FAQ’s and found a link for a contact support form…and it took me straight back to the support isn’t open page?!

    This has left me with the only option to ask for help here, all I want to do is change my profile picture! Is that too much to ask?!!

    Also I just want to say I’ve reset my password in an effort to log in and I’ve checked through my spam and other folders and I’ve only had the one confirmation, which must have worked the first time so me to upload my original profile picture!

    When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.     I still haven’t received any email and I am still having the same problem when I try to update my avatar

    captainjimipie, I sent you the email to the address associated with your WordPress.com account, since it’s a Gmail account, our email can go to your Spam folder or the Social tab. We still working on this issue, we will let you know through that email when we fixed.
