Gravatar trouble

  Hello! I need help with my Gravatar profile.

  I have had a profile (the one I am posting from) for a while now. I can login to it and there are no issues.
  However, I have recently started a new site and I accidentally created a new Gravatar for it. When I realized that I’d rather have all my sites/emails under the same account, I deleted the newer Gravatar profile.

  It said that it’d take 30 days, so I waited. It’s already been 30 days as I write this post.

  So now, provided that the account was deleted, I went into my main account to add that same email address to it, so that my picture shows for the new blog.

  But it doesn’t let me add that email because it says it’s already connected to a Gravatar… How do I fix this? It’s not really connected to Gravatar anymore because I already deleted that account 30 days ago. So now I’m stuck. I can’t login to the deleted account anymore but I can’t add that email to the existing account either.

  I know it’s confusing, but I hope this made sense and that somebody will be able to help. It’s been impossible to get in touch with WordPress…

  The Account Recovery team can check if the deleted account has already been purged.

  You can contact them by sending a message to passwordhelp@wordpress.com

  Please indicate to them the email address and username of the account that should be fully deleted by now.
