Gravatar – Trouble uploading a new image

  Hello, I’m trying to upload a new image to my Gravatar account. However, it’s not working – I get a message that an error occurred, and to go to Support. But the Gravatar support page says it’s closed.

  I’m not sure what to do. The image I’m trying to upload is a .bmp file – is that why it can’t upload? Should it be .jpg? If any one can let me know how to fix this error that would be great, thanks!
