  Hi There,
  If you go to wordpress.com/me and click on your current profile picture on the top left, it will take you to the Gravatar page where you can login using your WordPress account. Once logged in you can choose the option to update your profile picture!

  Hello,

  Before you can update your profile photo, you will need to activate your account.

  Please check your email account for a confirmation email. Sometimes it can get caught in spam and junk filters, so also check there.
