Gravatars and blog links go to "not found" sites

  More and more often, when I click on a gravatar or a blog link for someone who followed me or liked my post (found in my notifications) go to the wrong place. I’d like to contact those bloggers to tell them that there’s a problem but I don’t know how – instead I was going to write a post about it in hopes they’ll read it.
  What I need to know is how to fix the problem so I can write an informed post.
  Can anyone help?
