Gravatars not loading to email addresses

    I originally registered the account w (email visible only to moderators and staff) then switched email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) so it would load w Johnmaxwellteam.com and the picture loaded. I want to keep (email visible only to moderators and staff). I added 4 other email addresses and images but they are not loading onto the email sites. Please fix it.

    Hi @klowroh, I see the correct image for the address you listed, but I don’t see any other addresses on this account. If there are other accounts, can you list their addresses so I can check them?

    Thank you SO much for getting back to me.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. It was not there when you looked because I deleted the other three email addresses, cleared the cache and thought I would wait and try again. So, I reloaded them today and yet same result. I do not see any photos on any of the other email addresses, only in the “my gravatar” section.
    Kindly advise.

    @klowroh I see images for all of the emails. Try clearing your cache locally or restarting your computer to see if that helps. I’ve also cleared the cache on our side. Cheers!

    Sorry but maybe we are miscommunicating.

    All the images have always attached under My gravtar profiles but none of the photos are viewable in the email accounts where they were registred. I cleared cache as I know how to do it and the computer is restarted every night.

    Not sure what you mean. They are not loading to the email addresses provided. What link do you want?

    @klowroh usually you’ll see Gravatars on sites where you have left a comment. Are you commenting with those email addresses? Can you send a link to the sites where you’ve left comments and the images did not appear?

    Or, you mentioned email: do you mean your gravatars aren’t appearing in the mail program itself?

    Also, will you check each address here to see if the image appears?
