Gravitar is not showing in site

    I tried to add the site’s email, but I never got the email link to activate it. I added another email in my profile, but I don’t think that will work since it is not the site’s email. I don’t want to change the site’s email to the one I have here in wp, because that email box is pretty full and getting a lot of junk mail, so I don’t want my site mail to go there. What can I do to get the gravitar into my site?
