Gravitar not showing up.

  I want to put my photo on my blog site avatar. The WP control panel forces me to use Gravatar. So I set up a Gravatar account, added my photo, and added my site: http://www.newconsensus.org/wp. Still the empty avatar on my blog site. ???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
