gravitar shows black how do I get image to show?

  I went to the gravitar page uploaded a pic from ny pc and the image was successfully loaded and the site says my gravitar has been changed but when i go to leave a comment the pic is a black square.

  Which rating did you apply to your Gravatar image?

  After uploading and cropping, Gravatar.com asks you to rate your image. On WordPress.com we only display G rated gravatars.
