  I am using wordpress dashboard on the web. I can’t find the “gravity” forms plugin on my toolbar. where is it

  There is no user-installed plugin capability or FTP access for WordPress.com websites: http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
