Gravity forms are transferring a confirmation email to word press but word press is not sending it.

    I have various gravity forms set up on my word press web page. i have triple checked the email confirmation settings on these forms but when they are passed off to word press for processing wordpress was unable to send the message. What would wordpress’ issue be with the email. the ‘from’ field is the same as the admin email on the page and all the email fields are as they should be. please help!

    Gravity Forms is constructed through a plugin. In order to use a plugin on WordPress.com (here) you need to upgrade to our business plan. If that’s not an option, I’d suggest looking in to a different form that is compatible with WordPress.com: https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/

    If you’re running your own WordPress installation then you can visit wordpress.org/support/ for help or the plugin forum itself.
