Gray bar at top of page in Goran theme

I’m a newbie at this, so this might be a silly question, but I can’t get rid of the gray bar that is appearing at the top of all my pages. Why doesn’t the header image go all the way to the top of the page? The image I uploaded is the suggested size…

that’s the navigation bar – it is MY navigation bar for my account when I visit your site – it can’t be removed – it is required to be there, part of the terms of service

Oh, thanks. I was seeing something below the navigation bar, but I think it was a problem with the browser I was using. Thanks much for your help.
