Greek characters displaying as Unicode
-
Dear Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.We have encountered an issue with the way customer-submitted messages are displayed on the forum. Specifically, when a customer submits a message in Greek, the content appears in Unicode format instead of properly rendered Greek characters. Here is an example:
Name: Loudaros
Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Message: u039au03b1u03bbu03b7u03c3u03c0u03adu03c1u03b1 u03c3u03b1u03c2! Good Morning! u3053u3093u3070u3093u306fuff01
As you can see, the Greek text is not displayed correctly—it shows as Unicode escape sequences (e.g., u039a instead of “Κ”). This makes it difficult for us to read and handle customer messages efficiently. The issue may be related to character encoding during form submission or data processing.
Could you please look into this and advise on how we can resolve it?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
George
